I research lasers in ophthalmology for therapeutic and diagnostic purposes. My interests include therapeutic selective targeting of ocular cells (e.g., retinal pigment epithelium cells) for the treatment of retinal diseases, adaptive-optics scanning laser ophthalmoscopy and in vivo retinal flow cytometry.
